We utilized Nancy Grace's services for the sale of our home in the Spring 2010. She was highly recommended to us by friends.  During her initial professional presentation, she responded appropriately to our concerns regarding market trends during a difficult national economy and provided well-researched documentation to support her listing price range. Nancy ensured that showings were scheduled and worked the appointments into our hectic schedule. We never missed a showing opportunity for a potential buyer despite an occasional scheduling conflict. She also ensured that we were able to timely review all documents prior to closing. This allowed my wife to attend closing without any surprises and/or concerns. Our closing went smoothly, and Nancy was again there to support us. As a former Active Duty Army Officer and current Public Health Service Officer, I have moved 9 times over the last 18 years and have worked with many realtors. Throughout all of our moves, Nancy Grace is one of only two realtors that provided us with a positive home purchase and/or home sale experience.
