As soon as we met Nancy, who was recommended to us from another realtor, we were impressed with her directness, humor, excellent communication skills and professionalism. We were new to North Carolina and she was always patient in explaining the nuances of the state’s real estate process, either through her extensive knowledge or by researching any questions we had. As we were looking at different properties, she introduced us to the area’s shopping, cultural and health care amenities, intelligently tailoring her knowledge to our particular needs. She also was consistently punctual for appointments in person and by telephone, and would quickly respond to emails. When it came down to actually buying a house in the summer of 2012, Nancy was sensitive and astute to all parties’ issues, making her an effective and reasonable negotiator. We are delighted with our new home and would recommended Nancy very highly. Besides being a terrific real estate broker, she is a very charming and witty person!!!
